Today I had my first sewing lesson. I bought a machine a month ago in preparation for the clothing line that will someday come to fruition. As you can imagine I was the only guy there and the youngest by like 50 yrs. THEY WERE SO CUTE!!!!!…..all these ladies, 12 of ‘em, were like the chickens in the Looney Tunes cackling away about any and everything. Unfortunately they only offer the class once a week and I could really use it like 4 times a week. Practice makes perfect I guess. I learned a blind hem. Needless to say I hemmed whatever I could today…I now have 2 new pairs of shorts that this morning were pants!

I got some furniture today, thanks Bill, I can’t tell you how great everything looks. Granted it’s a bit mismatched but the basketball court is looking more like a condo.

It looks like I’ll be having a roommate come the end of the month. He’ s an old bf from my Boston days. I convinced him to move to Portland, OR where he’s been for the last 2 or so yrs. It’s been raining there for the past 4 weeks, his lease is up at the end of the month, he’s over it. He’s over the smoking in public, he’s over the cold, he’s over the rain. So, I told him to come on down. We do well together, just not as boyfriends. Common story. He will be attending bartenders school to pay his way through Tech school. He’s a computer geek….YES!!!!…..finally someone to set up this router and printer and he’s HOT!!!!…BEST SEX I EVER HAD. I’m actually looking forward to having someone here that I don’t have to worry about entertaining and that I can cook for. Plus a little romp every now and then between friends will just strengthen the bond of buddies. HOT!
